The Bite 100 (12 liters, full carbon) and Leap 2800 front wing cover the full learning curve. When you no longer need the bar, you remove it and keep riding the same board and foil. The Leap 2800 is built for long distances, so the setup stays relevant long after the basics are there. Rider weight up to 95 kg. Upgrade to the Carbon Mast: stiffer, more direct, more efficient.

    The Leap 2800 front wing generates lift at low speed, so you get on foil quickly from your first dockstart. The Scoot Handle Bar keeps the board stable while you find your balance and build your pump rhythm. Remove it when you are ready. Same board, same foil.

    Adjustable to your height

    The Scoot Handle Bar adjusts between 80 and 90cm, so you find the position that works for your stance and your dockstart. Set it once, focus on the foil.

    Why upgrade to the Hopper Carbon Mast?

    The Hopper Carbon Mast is 750mm of full carbon, built to turn your energy into longer glide. A more flexible aluminium mast is more forgiving but less efficient, losing energy that should go into the foil. With the carbon mast, more of your input becomes forward drive, so you pump more efficiently, glide longer and cover more distance per session. For heavier riders, who lose the most to flex, the difference is largest. As part of the package it costs less than buying it separately.

    How the Bite 100 pumpfoil board is built.

    The Bite 100 is built around a PVC core with biaxial prepreg carbon on both the top and underside, reinforced with carbon stringers and carbon reinforcements around the finboxes and handlebar box. Stiffness is placed exactly where forces are highest, without adding unnecessary weight. The construction makes the board suitable for advanced riders who demand more from their equipment. The rigid stringer along the underside adds longitudinal stiffness for direct pump response with no energy lost to flex. The rocker is tuned for dock starts: if the board touches the water, it picks up the pump immediately instead of stalling. Dual EVA Deckpad. Two distinct EVA patterns provide grip and foot position feedback for both front and rear foot, during the start and throughout the pumping session, without looking down.
